Free books, iPad and other stuff

Thought I'd better write her blog today as she's still a bit odd. Besides, I'm sure you've all realised by now that I'm the brains and power behind her success.

This is a picture of me trying to sort out the mess she considers a first draft. Sometimes I wish a draught would take it away, but do I complain? What Gary and I have to put up with you just wouldn't believe. She reckons she's too busy with line edits to do anything else, but if that's true why does she keep moving away from the computer?

Anyway, enough about me and on with the competitions.
Here's the chance to win an iPad, this link allows you to enter draws for free books, and this one is for an electric gizmo to organise all your other electric gizmos. Be sure to think round thoughts as you enter and I'll bless you with the power of The Sphere.

Hail almighty Sphere! Please note that while the lovely Patsy is far too busy with her editing to give you the time of day, I on the other hand are all ears!!! You have my 100 and 10 per cent attention. It's Patsy, she's the one who is being such a rebel, not me, na-ah.

Ahem. Take care
x

I think you and Patsy are on a roll...

Ruled by a large, white ball...
Good to go with my iPad until next month when version three is unleashed.

Thanks for the links.

Kitty, my blessings encircle you!

Kitty, don't encourage him! Can't you see he has a big enough head already?

Frances, we are. He has no option but to roll if he wants to get anywhere whereas I tend to only do it on soft surfaces.

Alex, I did suspect you were a bit of a gadget fiend.

You're welcome, Theresa.

Dear Sphere, I suspect you are Patsy's muse :-) x

Thank you for continuing Patsy's good work while she is on a higher (sorry!)) sphere at the moment.

An all round interesting post.

Has anyone else noticed how difficult the word verification has become in the last few days?

Linda G. said...

Big White Sphere! Oh, how I've missed you!!

The Sphere said...

I am, Teresa... and so much more.

Rosemary, I'm not sure she is now - she got loads of envelopes addressed in her own handwriting today. Don't know why she writes them and sticks on the stamps if she doesn't want them back.

I haven't missed you, Linda - I've been watching :-)

Patsy said...

Teresa, you could be right.

Rosemary, I'm back to normal again now (wonder if that'll last until publication day)

Maggie *groan* Yes, they've become nearly impossible.

I thought I'd got rid of the word verification thing - is it still showing?

Linda, I suspect he's shy and o9nly comes out when he can pluck up the courae.

Dear Atmos,
she's busy, OK? She's a VERY busy bunny now that her book's coming out at the end of March.
As Frances said, you're both on a roll. I have a puncture repair kit for you but Tosh will just have to get Gary to carry her home if she bursts.
Which, from that video, she just might ...

Clarissa Draper said...

Wow, looks like the wine is having a ball!

The Sphere said...

Celia, Atmos is such a great name for me! People think the atmosphere is just air and take it for granted, but where would they be without it? Bit like me and a certain scatty writer ...

Maggie May said...

I think the word verification thing only comes up if I haven't signed into blogger first, and with other blogs that are with different sources.

Patsy said...

Celia, I've calmed down a bit now - you're right about being busy.

Clarissa, the alcohol in our house keeps disappearing and at long last I've found out who is to blame!

Maggie everywhere seems to have switched over to the new versions - I hope lots of people complain and they get changed back again.

Hey Mr. Sphere, or are you Mrs? I think you've brought Patsy lots of great things. Hope you'll be at the wedding. She should write a story about you. Talk soon.

Sarah Pearson said...

Dear Sphere, it's about time we had a visit from you. I'd started to worry that Patsy had sold you to slave traders.

The Sphere said...

Alas, Suzy she can't write about me as I'm real - all she does is make stuff up.

Sarah, she wouldn't do that - she needs my sperical powers.

Maxi said...

Dear Sphere

Please could you hover over and help me win something too!

Kindest regards

Maxi

Suzy, he's male. Maybe I'll get aROUND to writing about him one day.

Sarah, I wouldn't do that to the poor thing (well not unless I was offered a really good price)

Maxi, I'll ask him to help.

The Sphere said...

Maxi, I circulate positive energy to all of her blog friends, but as you asked so nicely I'll give you an extra dose - meet me halfway and enter as many comps as possible though.
