Keeping it Real

Inion N Mathair have nominated me for The Reality Award - thank you both so much.

The rules are - Visit the blog of the person who nominated you and link to them on your post. Answer the questions, nominate more bloggers and let then know. That doesn't sound too difficult.

If you could change one thing, what would it be?

The world, I'd make it fairer. If I had two goes at this I'd also change a 'thanks but no thanks' to a 'we'd love to publish'.

If you could repeat an age, what would it be?

I'll just stick where I am, thanks.

What one thing really scares you?

Nothing. I don't mean I'm fearless; there are any number of situations which would scare me if I were in them but I don't spend time worrying that they might happen.

If you could be someone else for a day, who would it be?

Whichever editor had the most of my submissions at the time. I'd quickly accept them all.

I'm nominating - Anne Rainbowmaker (poetry and writing info) Penelope Hellyer (lovely garden photos and planting tips) Teresa Ashby (her dog Indy, stories and other delightful stuff) Charlie Britten (book reviews, writing news) Vikki (cake, writing and cake) Carol (all kinds of writing stuff) Jane Risdon (uncategorisable) Sally Quilford (mostly writing) and Linda King (writing)

  3. What comes over in your answers, Patsy, is that you are very happy where you are and with who you are and you have a sense of humour. I guess we'd all like more of those yesses from editors.

  5. I really liked the questions and answers, and I especially liked your answer to the first. It would be great to make the world fairer, better, more kind. I'm sure you'll get an editor to take a bunch of your stories - and you won't even have to be her for the day! :-)

  6. Congratulations Patsy - and I love the idea of accepting your own books - you'd have to split your personality so you could also keep on wiritng them!

  13. Hi Patsy, you always have funny answers that make me laugh. As someone else said, you don't need to be the editor, just keep on writing those lovely stories.

  18. Hey Patsy, your answers Rock! So honest and true. It would indeed be so great if we could magically sit on the other side of our lives to make those pesky changes we know would be great for us! Loved the confident responses of a woman who is content with her life, age & has no real fears and doesn't dwell on the negative. You go girl! Just plain sexy! lol~ Will be visiting the nominees and look forward to getting to know them better. Thx for the mention! :)
