Looks a good site! Still hoping that we might get away by late Monday more likely Tuesday, won't really know till late Monday :-(
I hope you find the part you need, Edna.
What bottle, Patsy? I love those hinges :-)Glad you're having a wonderful time :-) x
'What bottle' Exactly! I quickly disposed of the evidence!
cool hinge :)
I thought so.
That's quite a way from the south coast. We lived in Scotland for 4 years and loved it. Enjoy the rest of your trip, and hope the weather holds for you
We're still on the south coast, Maggie - just not the English one!
Where we are now is even nicer, Kath.
You'd better hurry back, Patsy, or after the vote, you may find you're abroad without a passport...
Actually we have them with us, Frances - although not because of the referendum.
So pleased you're having a good time and a warm welcome! We do love the English (and any other nationality), honestly!
Everyone has been very friendly, Rosemary. Everyone also seems to love their country and suggests great places to visit. Ask for suggestions in England and a lot of people will claim there's nowhere nearby worth seeing.
Have a great time. Whereabouts are you?
We're on the Mull of Galloway at the moment, Annalisa. It's really lovely here.
Pasty, just enjoy! All right to take some time away from writing.
I am enjoying it, Alex (and I did some writing this morning too)
Looks like so much fun. Do you like to journal? Even with pictures, it's still all creative fun. Though I agree with Alex, nothing wrong with not working and just enjoy being on holiday.
I am keeping a journal of the trip - just a few notes really. The pictures are the main record and we're taking lots!
That's a great way to tell a story -- through pictures!
Hi Patsy .. looks good - I thought you were taking part in the Invictus Games - a Patsy Collins is!!! Scotland will be amazing and I love that hinge - what a great shot .. Enjoy the rest of the trip ..cheers Hilary
Surely there can't be two of us??? We're really enjoying ourselves, Hilary.
Looks lovely! And we're getting pretty decent weather just now - long may that continue for you
The weather has been much better than we'd expected, Vikki.
Glad you made it to Scotland. Those roasting birds look mighty delicious.
I think they'd been there a while, Oscar so we gave them a miss.
Wine and spit-roast chicken - what could be better? Hope you make it out before they close the border.
We have eaten some good food here, Lizy - though none inside any castles.
That's such a cool hinge! And yes you are doing something for writing!! Think of all the inspiration you are collecting on your travels.
There's no shortage of that, Lynda.
That looks like a wonderful barbeque you're having?
It wasn't taken inside the van, Maggie - just in case you thought we were travelling in a TARDIS.
Thanks so much for commenting!
