Willow

Remember Willow? She's my dad's dog ( I've just been visiting and did some research for my latest WIP whilst I was there, which is as closely connected to writing as this post will get).

I first saw her when he'd had her just two days and she was just a little bundle of fluff.

This is her about four months old.

This is Willow now at just over a year old. I wish my novel would put on weight at the same rate.

I'll post another picture when she's full grown - you won't mind if she keeps her feet on the ground for that one, will you?

btw, I'm just about to post more pictures of animal cuteness on my website.

    1. I would like a dog, Suzy but it wouldn't be fair with all the travelling we do.

  2. She was an adorable pup. As an adult, she reminds me of my Gracie.

    1. Different colour, Mac but very much the same shape and looks like possibly the same kind of character. Was there any husky in Gracie's family tree?

    1. She looks even better when not being manhandled, Carol. (I didn't hold her like that for long, honest)

    1. Poor thing. My dad says she likes being picked up, but I reckon she just humours him, Wendy. (Or maybe he was kidding because he didn't think I could lift her?)

  8. Please try to hold her for the next pic - it will look hilarious and it will finish off the set! Or maybe she could just sit on you...

    1. Maybe Dad could train her to pull a cart and I could sit in it?

  10. Beautiful dog... and I love your label. (Goes off to reflect the fact this blogger has just posted a photo of a Huntsman spider on her blog.) :)
