Are you a grown up?

If you're 50 or above and would like to submit to an anthology about ageing, take a look here.

I still have my teddy bear and I'm a lot less grey than he is, so I don't think I can be anywhere close to old yet. Don't think I've grown up much since my Granny made him for me either.

Hi Patsy - I have my mother's Hardwick ... I did submit something ... but was in a rough period and couldn't quite get the article to my way of thinking ... so it got scrubbed. Thanks for the link across to Karen's blog ... cheers Hilary

Sadly I could contribute to Karen's anthology...

I wouldn't mind joining the comp but don't have time right now - the same old excuse.

Your teddy is lovely. I still have mine too - but I didn't get him until I was 17! My boyfriend considered I was a deprived child as I didn't have a teddy - although I'd had a anthropomorphic velvet pig!

How lovely to have him, Hilary.

You're not getting old, Alex - you're becoming a classic!

I see what you did there, Oscar!
