Brexit!

No, I'm not getting all political on you. There's a time and a place for that, and when it comes to this issue, I don't feel this blog qualifies right now.

The reason I'm mentioning the subject is that Holland Press are running a free to enter writing competition, asking for poems on any aspect of the Brexit process.



To enter you must be over 18, but you don't need to be British, or even European. The prize is £200. If I were to win that I'd spend it on travel within the EU; assuming there still is one by then – entries don't close until the end of the year. That's a very long time in politics!

Yes a year is a long time, Patsy and I'll probably have forgotten all about this competition by the time the deadline arrives. Now, an organised person would do it now, but...
